  • All orders are processed once payment confirmation through Cash on Delivery (COD) is completed at the time of delivery.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking details (if available) will be shared with you via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Confirmation

  • A delivery confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the order.
  • Customers are required to carefully check the product at the time of delivery and confirm receipt.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, our courier partner may reattempt delivery.
  • In cases of repeated failed delivery, the order may be canceled.

Damaged or Missing Items
