Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed upon with the customer.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (such as opened memory cards, cleaning kits, or used batteries). Please contact us before returning to confirm eligibility.

Late or Missing Refunds
